Pros: Nice people. Great block Cons: Icon’s access clause in lease meant that when They raised the rent more than was fair (bait n switch) they demanded access seven days a week with no consideration for my work schedule for reaktors to show my private stuff to every Tom Dick and Harry. Prospective tenants barged in and tracked dirt all over. The landlord just did not care. Advice to landlord: Watch out for the DA because access clauses are borderline harassment
