Peaceful atmosphere, typically well-maintained, all appliances function properly, Gutstanding accessibility, laundry machines are available whenever I need them, urgent repairs get handled fast. There's a slight warp in the bedroom wall, and the bedroom window is extremely difficult to open. The super maintains another job and is frequently unavailable during business hours (I was stuck outside once and wouldn't see him for hours). The biggest drawback is the surrounding neighborhood. Groups congregate on the front steps engaged in drug use, and mail deliveries frequently disappear. I'm uncertain what mgmt could realistically do about it, but it's a Seighty issue and I understand why residents might feel unsafe. Implement a better package delivery solution to reduce stolen items.
