Pros: Everything is handled promptly and with grace. The best doormen in the city and the maintenance team is ultra professional. Great gym and common areas. Cons: The mechanics of the drop seals on the apartment doors can be a pain. Advice to landlord: Open the garden on the 5th floor to residents.

Pros: Friendly staff, gym in building Cons: While the building is in a quiet neighborhood, there’s been construction outside the building for the past two years at least. This causes me to wake up early mornings to jackhammers. Definitely very stressful. There’s also a Whole Foods below us, and they often having load trucks come in the middle of the night that beep very loudly. Also the water frequently produces brown sediment

Pros: Excellent location, friendly staff Cons: I recently lived in this building for 4 years and experienced a mild to medium strength putrid sewage type odor throughout. The strength of it would vary. The maintenance team could never seem to locate the odor and were suggesting that it was there because I would leave my apartment for days at a time and the bathrooms would be in a state of unuse. I spoke to other residents of the building who have the same problem. Alas, I finally moved out.

Pros: Doormen are very nice, neighbors are pretty quiet, and building location is superb (right next to Whole Foods, brookfield, etc) Cons: Apartments tend to be on the smaller end. A 2 bedroom is about 900 sq ft. The building also feels like its on the older end. Advice to landlord: Keep it a bit more clean (hallways and such).
