Pros: Alley with security guards, feels like a little neighborhood. Friendly and quiet neighbors. Outdoor space! Bedroom gets amazing light. Washer dryer, decent amount of storage space Cons: Living room not the best light. Couple roaches here and there but not an infestation, just a first floor apartment. Bathroom small and shower hard to clean.
