Pros: Location is good Cons: In 5 months of living here we had - 2 multi day stretches without hot water - the boiler explode and knocked out heat to most of the building - an extended power outage - a pipe leaked, ruined and left a large hole in the drywall in the stairwell and management has not even cleaned it let alone fixed it in 3+ weeks - management that ignores tenants and maintenance requests And more! Avoid here and Monday morning management.

Pros: Fast move in but lies to get you to sign Cons: Management lied to get me to sign the lease. They said construction would end soon and it’s been months of demolition, construction at all hours and lies and deceit from management team. They claim to recently have bought the building and that construction wasn’t that bad.. Turned into months of unbearable construction Elderly lady from 4B seems ok at first but seems to work her way in with people just to talk about the family from 3B. You could be having a random conversation with her and she ALWAYS brings up 3B the family mother and children. She is very obsessed over them. Bad mouths them and it’s a shame. I heard her over 59 times do it. She tries to befriend people on the third floor just to bring up the family asking questions and saying they live right next to the girl in 3B. The family that lives in 3B is very sweet and keeps to themselves. You hear the kids laughing and having a good time. The family mind their business and always nice. The elderly lady tries to tarnish the people’s opinion of the family and it’s really sad and I often felt sorry for the young mother as Adie would call wellness checks and called the police for no reason several times. If you really sit and watch it the whole old sweet lady act is just that, an act. She is very evil and hates kids. Always something negative to say and always a reason to bring them up. It gets tiring the ongoing campaign and a few times I corrected her saying they are actually nice she got mad at me and would open her door when I passed look at me then slam her door shut. Now that I think about it she constantly opened her door all hours day and night and often came out saying hello to nobody. something very off about Adie. Saw her through my peek hole going into an apartment that was waiting to be rented. Seriously weirded me out. Hope she gets the help she needs but I’m moving out the end of the month and glad to be away from Adie. Had my own bad experience with her. She embarrassed me in front of my parents when I was giving them a tour saying that I come home late with many different men. My dad almost threatened to cut me off. Adie also never remembered my name or anyone else name took everybody’s number down please beware I hope future residents will see this and not entertain the sweet old lady act. Advice to landlord: Do not lie to people to get them in

Unit 5B Pros: None at all Cons: At first everything seems great then you realize they have been doing on going construction day through night. The elderly lady from 4B is very problematic. She’s a bully to some and acts like a sweet old lady to others. Always opens her door. Seems to be glued to the video doorbell camera as she opens the door most of the time people come in. Very odd and possibly dementia behavior. Some days she is nice most days she is not. She opened her door one day when I brang a date home and said another one?? You brang home 10 guys since you moved in. Stalker behavior. Then the next day she said hi like nothing happened. Another time my mom came and she opened her door and said there’s only room for one of us here and literally hissed at her. She opens her door and says another one when I come up even if I’m just with my room mate. She randomly opens her door and winks at us. She says weird stories constantly same story but different every time. Recently lived in 5B and it was very difficult coming in from a good night with friends without being stopped by her. She opened the door in just lingerie one time and I was drunk and fell down the stairs once I saw her. I also saw her exhibit very entitled behavior and speaking ill of other tenants. After a while you just get sick of it and it was one of the reasons I chose to leave. Got tricked by real estate who also happen to work for the management team as I heard a woman from management saying “I don’t care if it works, just make it look pretty” The management has opened my door constantly after I moved in. The elderly lady allows random people and even the NYPD in for no reason making it a safety issue. People should be stopped at the front door if you don’t choose to personally let them in. The management team and her are very much not worth paying over $3k for a place with no closet space and an infestation of different vermin. My ex is a cop and I’m a DV victim and every time she let them in, she’d open her door and speak to them. Small small space. Walk-Up gets tiring too! Can’t picture needing to live in any of these apartments with room mates can barely fit a bed in the room let alone the living room. Taught me to look for closet space when I apt hunt. These people seem very conniving towards certain individuals who chose to not leave when they bought the building in the beginning of this year 2025. I wouldn’t trust them is the best way to put it. Don’t get fooled by a free months rent. I’m out of here in less than living here 4 months. The construction and demolition has been happening from morning to night since I got here. Random pop ups into my apartments and even the white men of the construction talking very nasty of certain tenants and management Addie and management seem suspicious and cruel. Left a bad taste in my mouth Advice to landlord: Bad taste in my mouth

Unit 20 Pros: Zero pros no good Cons: There is an old lady that constantly opens her door and stops people that are coming in or out. She will act like she is befriending you when she moves in but is very very overbearing. She stops random people whether she knows you or not. Opens her door and asks “hello” several times or angrily questions “what is going on!” She jumps up almost every time people come in and if they reach her floor or not she looks to see who it is. It has gotten way worse as the new owners installed a video doorbell camera in the front. I mean it was bad before but the fact that she has constant access to the people coming in and out of the building it just feels like she spends 24/7 watching the camera now. She is known for falsely utilizing city services like the fire department, EMS and even the police. A lot of times she just mindlessly wanders the building. Often try’s to get into other people’s apartments. She will stop you and speak about the same thing a thousand times and not remember your name. She wants everybody to be on her side and has an Issue with them when they are not. Constantly targeted a young mother who lived there and anyone who didn’t agree with her opinion would be the next target. It was really pitiful to watch. Within the thousands of times she says the same stories, there are always inconsistencies and she is so hell bent on making people believe her. I used to hear her and the super talk so much crap about all the residents for about an hour at a time. She apparently has lived there since the 70s so she thinks she owns the building lol. Beware. You can’t even have your fire alarm go off without her calling the fire department to have them bust down your door like if she smells fire. There are new owners now and I can’t believe they want $4k for an apartment here. Don’t let these con artists fool you, Adrienne even told me that they told her not to come out when they are showing the building. They know what a problem she is. Her husband died and she inherited the apartment. She is such a nuisance honestly and brags about her rent controlled apartment. Pays $150 rent a month and is such a problem. She is the only old lady in the building, the only one who comes out and stops people - I’m sure you’ll run into her on your second day living there and every day after that too lol. Good luck if you live there. I just left there Tuesday and been there a year and since the new owners bought the place a few months ago, there has been non stop construction morning until 5pm. The new owners do not care about following safety protocols when it comes to the construction and in fact put it as part of the lease or in my case lease renewal is that you can not sue if you get hurt from the construction or anything that happens. They lie about the construction to potential new clients just to get them in there. Guaranteed to have some type of issue living there either though the old lady or poor management team. New management team is Monday Management they tell construction they don’t care if it works make it look pretty. Once you get here it’s hard to leave. One time a girl moved from across the country to a shower that didn’t work and they knew that. New owner is Parke Leatherman. Strongly think the old owners still own this building along with these new ones. For astronomical prices they should at least put Adrienne Adie from apartment 12 in a facility that she belongs. Don’t know if it’s dementia or obsession compulsive disorder or other MH issues.. She lies, whispers and mixes up stories and says it matter factly. That is a dangerous characteristic. She has a lot of conflicts internally and lashes out on people who don’t kiss her butt. I made sure not to get on her bad side but it was draining hearing the same old thing, same old campaign running, open the front door and hear her door open and hear her calling down to you or waiting for you to come up. She is from apartment 12. Try to at least not live on her floor. I lived in apartment 20 and she still always found a way to stop me when I was coming in from work, a drink at the bar, coming in with friends, etc. She has to investigate every little noise. Needs to be in a psych ward or nursing home ASAP. If you think it’s the sweet little grandma type you will be horrificly surprised. Be smart. Warning. Advice to landlord: Lady from apartment 12 is a real property value sinker.

Unit 10 Pros: Location was the only pro Cons: Super Louis discussing all residents info with lady from apt 12. He would spend an hr talking about residents to her and not care who came in or out. Said to have gotten information from landlords. Very classless left a bad taste in my mouth Advice to landlord: Get rid of 12

Unit 14 Pros: I loved my time there. Had no problems with anything. The heat does get out of control in winter but to me it’s a very very good thing because I’m always cold Cons: The trash situation did get kinda crazy but maybe it’s different now. I moved out of there a few years ago Advice to landlord: I don’t have any advice. I loved it there

Unit 10 Pros: None at all Cons: Problematic elderly lady lives in apartment 12. Constantly starting trouble with young couple. Super Louis Cabral gets personal information of tenants and shares it with said tenant from apartment 12 who then starts a whole witch hunt on people. She has done this multiple times to a girl named Brianna McCormick that lived there when I did, along with all the tenants from the 2nd floor. Bri ended up moving out after the embarrassment of Carl Finger sending a message to all the tenants blaming not being able to get in contact with Bri as the reason for the heat and hot water not being turned on, after it was off for more than A WHOLE WEEK in FEBRUARY probably the coldest month of the year. Elderly lady now treats longest tenant besides herself like crap constantly starting a campaign against the only mother in the whole building. Disgusting and UnGodly behavior from all those involved. I specifically left because Adrienne (Adie) from apartment 12 would constantly stop me and complain about another resident. I lived there for two years and can tell you the campaign she tried with every neighbor that has EVER been there or moved out. Truly constant trying to run into people just to keep it going. I left because it was draining. Don’t know how she is not in a nursing home. Like I said before very disgusting and ungodly behavior. My heart goes out to that mother. Advice to landlord: Stop telling personal tenant business to other tenants and the super. Very problematic you guys don’t even do any repairs

Unit 10 Pros: None that I can think of Cons: Tiny hallway space and stair space people can not walk next to each other in hallway or in stairs. Small apartments. Narrow and no closet space Horrible owners unreliable and dickheads in their responses and overall attitude Horrible super doesn’t even clean or mop very lazy building is always in horrible condition Older lady used to stop all young people. Same older lady shows signs of dementia and has obsessive personality she talks alot of crap about people to other people, opens her door constantly up until 2am, waits for people to come to the stairs to interact with them just weird vibes. Talks alot of crap with the super you walk in and they are just talking about different people from the building. Management unwilling to do repairs Bullies and unfriendly people Advice to landlord: Be better people
