Unit 11j Pros: - staff - amenities - garden - quiet location in a good area - big apartments - balcony - dishwasher - no pests (I actually only saw a bug there ONCE in 4 years) - nice buildings - gorgeous Cons: Only thing is that the UES is a little slow compared to some other Manhattan neighborhoods esp for the price, but the building is 11/10 Advice to landlord: I wish it didn't become so expensive :')

Pros: Friendly and Helpful Staff, Private Entry Drive, Private Garden Park, Entertainment Room, kitchen, tables, sofas, pool, TV, kids' game room, large gym, etc. Cons: The Board of Managers is slow to respond. Expensive Parking Garage. No pool.
