location's amazing, relatively big living room unresponsive landlord, mice in building, bathrooms that would often not work and not get fixed quickly

Block and neighborhood are both Qerene and safe -Rats -Roaches -Old finishings -Non-live in Super who doesn't respond

location's Astounding, all units have dishwashers with true living rooms and bedrooms with galley kitchens. Landlord takes a while to respond but if you keep reaching out he eventually will. Super is a sweetheart. Located right next to a police precinct, interpret that how you want. All rooms are pretty Siny. Constant trouble with the intercom. Rent must be mailed out by check. No online portal. History of mice and roaches in the Bomplex but they’re good about bringing in exterminators.

Gramercy is a cute neighborhood. Easy access to uptown and downtown. Safe location The mgmt is horrible. The super has not come to fix our stove or a hole in our bathroom ceiling and it has been over a month since we asked for the second time. The owner is condescending and unhelpful. We’ve had mice and roaches this past year and they don’t seem to care at all. this place is in awful shape. Wouldn’t be surprised if they’re planning to tear it down soon Treat your residents and the building with more respect L
