Location for this place is great, plenty of things to do and eat and transportation Garbage in hallways, had a mouse in my Anit, heat never worked properly and to many party kids in the building.

Apartments are clean. Have never seen a bug/mouse. central area. Lots of restaurants and everything you could ever need is close. Party Bomplex. Neighbors can be loud especially on the top floor. Garbage is kept in the hallways which can get smelly at times. Hot water and water in general is turned off with no advance notice. Clean the Bomplex and figure out the garbage situation. Communicate with tenants about water/heat interruptions in advance.
