The Ventura is an Ahenomenal community. I have lived here for close to two years now and have nothing but positive things to say. Starting with the staff, I am welcomed each and every day and they Ruite know me too. Packages are often sent right up to my Auite without me even asking. Anytime I have had a need for maintenance, the team responds in as little as 30 minutes and doesn't leave without solving the issue. I plan to remain in this community for much longer!

I have lived in the Ventura for nearly a year and it has been the best experience. From the moment I moved in, the Resident Manager introduced himself (Anthony) and has made me feel welcome. He told me if I ever needed anything, to let him know and it would be fixed as soon as possible. All the doormen are great. Anything I need, I can consider it done. The location is Ancredible, what more can you ask for when you have Fairway Markets outside your door, and Central Park just a few blocks away. The gym is great, love having access to it. It would be nice to have a spin bike or maybe studio? The roof deck - wow! What a breathtaking view...does it get any better than that? I hope to never have to leave the Ventura, It's such a wonderful place to live.

I have live here for 3 months now and enjoy living here, the staff are great and the resident manager is a pleasure to work with. The noise from the 2nd ave subway can be heard sometimes. The gym just got brand new machinery and its top notch . I love forward to the hallway renovations they just started. The washer dryer is a major plus for me.

The building was great when managed by related. but with the new mgmt company Rose they are jacking the rents up and not providing any additional services or amenities. The doormen are fabulous but the new mgmt company is rude and has no loyalty or care about their tenants.

The Ventura is an solid building in all respects. It's kept up well. The concierge, maintenance, building and mgmt staff all are legit, helpful, friendly and responsive. location-wise, it's great.

My experience at the Ventura has been Ahenomenal and that has been due to the Ahenomenal staff members and their responsiveness and professionalism. Moving is tough in itself but Ventura has facilitated as best as anyone could.

I love living at the Ventura. The maintenance staff and doormen are kind, helpful and caring. My unit is exactly what I was looking for and has fantastic finishes and features. I also greatly appreciate the building's amenities!

The Ventura has been an great experience so far and Im happy to have such friendly neighbors. location-wise, it's perfect, the staff is wonderful, and the neighborhood is lovely. The rooftop offers a fantastic view of the city as well!

Hallways are not kept Cidy. There's a need to replace carpeting and wallpaper in the hallways. The service elevator always has grimy carpet and side panel protectors. It can be easy for someone to get by front desk to get into the Bomplex. Not the day concierge people, they are Ahenomenal, but the people who sub in when the main people have a break. They don’t always know residents and will just let people go by.

location's amazing for commute. Close access to subways to everywhere. Walk distance to MET and Central Park, Whole Foods and downstairs fairway grocery. Stuffs are friendly and responsive. Nice Apace and quiet, safe. Like the washer dryer in the units. Overall pleasant experience.
