Pros: Friendly and clean. Easy to get to 1st ave but barely any street noise Cons: Lots of young students and recent grads having parties Advice to landlord: Crackdown on the loud parties etc

Pros: Hallways and common areas are well maintained, neighbors are friendly. Cons: A lot of young (NYU students and recent grads) who have loud parties. Advice to landlord: Focus on long term tenants over students, less tolerance for frequent loud parties

Pros: Right next to the L, huge bedrooms, reasonable rent for the location, elevator, lots of green space, updated kitchen, pet friendly, laundry in building Cons: Construction for the L started right after we moved in and lasted for 2 years. We ended up living out because it was so loud and nowhere near finished. Advice to landlord: Rent discounts for buildings facing 14th street for construction noise
