Pros: Laundry in building, nice area, Cons: Paint over all the problems, not extremely responsive to maintance requests but it will get done

Pros: Safe, good for roommates, worth the noney Cons: Heat was not controllable by tenants so it got very hot in the winter Advice to landlord: No advice, great job

Pros: responsive management to anything but smoking complaints Cons: you cannot go outside your apartment without smelling the strong stench of cigars and weed and you will often get the smell inside your own apartment as well. nothing in the rental agreement stops your neighbors from doing so Advice to landlord: please ban smoking.

Pros: The building was clean, quiet and has everything you need for day-to-day convenience. Cons: It's a bit far from public transportation, but that's to be expected and the pros outweigh the cons for sure. Advice to landlord: Nothing to advise.

Pros: The community feel is the best, isolated from street noise as well Cons: Walls are paper thin both horizontally and vertically, heating can be too warm

Unit MG Pros: NO PESTS!!! I have never seen a single bug in my apartment. Cons: Hard to get management to come fix things Advice to landlord: Make it easier to get things fixed in apartments

Unit 3G Pros: Elevator and laundry in building, across the street from target and trader joes Cons: Street noise can get a bit loud if your apartment faces 14th Advice to landlord: Add a virtual doorman system like butterflymx

Pros: Great size/spacious Location was great Community vibes Cons: Water pressure was not ever fixable More family oriented in certain buildings so we got a lot of noise complaints 14th st can be a little dodgy
