Unit Apt 6H Pros: Building well cared for. Management responsive to issues in a timely manner. Great amenities and community activities. Cons: In regard to noise, you are at the mercy of your neighbors. There's not much soundproofing between floors and walls, so if you have a noisy neighbor, you're out of luck. If noise doesn't bother you or you end up with quiet neighbors, it's great living here. Also, views can vary widely depending on which building/apt you are in. I face Northwest and the apartment is constantly dark. Not fun.

Pros: I enjoy living here because there is a big sense of community, the people are friendly and they always host events for residents. The grounds are well maintained and the buildings are LEED certified. Security are always walking the grounds and monitoring the area. Cons: Management is not always responsive. Little communication within their own staff. There have been multiple occasions when maintenance would enter the residence without prior warning for a bedbug check, or they would not come at all when requested for plumping service, etc. Additionally, the way rent is broken up on their portal to pay online is very confusing, especially with roommates paying separately. They have no in person accounting office, only leasing.

Pros: First place that's felt like a home to me since the house I grew up in. Cons: Takes them an eternity at times to repair things.

Unit 10B Pros: Good value for location Big bedrooms Cons: PAPER THIN WALLS. If you can’t deal with noise, don’t live here. Management has predatory billing practices. They switched their billing system during our lease, which resulted in us unknowingly underpaying by about $20 a month (on a $5k a month apartment, split 3 ways). They then charged us a $50 late fee for each month, but never notified us at all that we were underpaying (which only happened because they changed their payment portal, and the portal did not update our rent amount correctly). At the end of our lease they snuck in a cool “you actually owe us hundreds of dollars”, and it became very clear that they had intentionally declined to notify us so that they could charge us the late fee. Horrific.
