Pros: Gorgeous building with prime location and friendly staff Cons: Delivery drivers have a free for all in the building which had led to theft. Noise from neighbors is beyond inconsiderate at times, with young adult tenants and friends being so loud in the hallways after night outs, trash stays piled in the garbage room for a while

Pros: Amazing location for this building and convenient having 2 entrances Cons: Unreliable, laundry room has been closed for 4 months when we were initially told 6 weeks. They will turn off hot water during peak times.

Pros: Lobby is well maintained. A couple of the doormen are great. Cons: Management is not cooperative or sympathetic to any of your issues, and anything they can possibly charge you for, they will. The units are old and the cracks in the walls are not properly sealed so sometimes the wall crumbles off. There are frequent pest issues, oftentimes roaches. You’re essentially just paying for location. Advice to landlord: Stop being so greedy
