Unit 4C Pros: Very clean, modern appliances, many that you do not find in rent stabilized apartments such as a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Very responsive Management, Jennifer and Tobias address issues quickly and also follow up to be sure the work was done. The Super, Milot (and his entire team) are competent, knowledgeable and professional. I often see them on the block as well and they are always very friendly. Neighbors are quiet and respectful of each other. Cons: No complaints about the building. The block does tend to be loud and busy, with large groups of people hanging out listening to loud music (double parked cars). Advice to landlord: There have been huge improvements with staffing (management and Super) over the years. Keep up the good work!
