Pros: The lobby is nice and clean and the apartments are spacious for the low price. Cons: Major pest and structural issues. Management is often slow to respond to tenant complaints, and fixes are often patchy and don’t address the underlying problems. Extermination services are also inconsistent.

Pros: Large pre-war units Cons: Not maintained properly. Pest issues. Structural issues Advice to landlord: Repair units properly instead of constantly pushing for short term patchwork.
