Unit 7 Pros: Great Location. Near the subway. Management is good. Cons: Heat is central. Apartment is very hot all winter. Small space.
Pros: Fun and young vibe. Pretty decent neighborhood close to subways. Roof was nice. Cons: Overall just a little old and run down. Appliances not up to date. Rooms not huge.
