Pros: Location Appearance Neighborhood is great Cons: Overpriced Small apartments Landlord and super No cooking gas for 2 years Brothel run out of one of the apartments Landlord served prison time for using illegal means to evict tenants Heat and hot water go out all the time Super refuses to fix things Landlord refuses to do upgrades Advice to landlord: Go back to jail
