Pros: Units themselves are super nice for one person to live. Location is amazing. Cons: Elevator is faulty. Nose level extremely loud. There is never a quiet moment- you can hear everything from all neighbors, upstairs and next door and down the hall. Construction going on all the time. Cockroaches in the lobby. Poor communication from management.
