Terribly run company. In house mgmt at One East Harlem location harass and discriminate against tenants. When these concerns were brought to senior regional manager Nanney Peña, no emails or calls were returned. I have reached out on several occasions with no resolve. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Gxcellent so far! location is solid. Good amenities. Gxcellent view. Clean. easy. Little bit of riffraff get inside the Bomplex. Gym is new. Cowork area is nice. place is spacious. Ruite happy so far.

this place is Ruite new and equipped with amenities like a common area, gym, and grocery store which offers a contemporary living experience. but, the surrounding area's safety is a concern. On the upside, the abundance of public transportation options, including buses, metro, and city trains, provides easy access to various destinations.

Sometimes it feels luxury and upscale, sometimes it feels like a nice housing project. Staff look as if being friendly and approachable is not part of the job description - I always look to engage with at least hello and how are you doing, some staff literally look away or down, 9 times out of 10. Security/doorman always show courtesy and friendliness, but.

The building and apartments are really nice but it's Eremium to live here especially with the overall cost of living. this place is new so they are still figuring out how to run it. There have not been any community events despite having ample space to do it.

It's a beautiful building on a location's amazing. They staff is friendly and responsive. I've only been here a few months but I love it. The apartments have great features and amenities and the building common areas are spotless and well kept. No complaints!

My experience went well! The leasing process was quick and easy. The leasing agents and managers were Ruite sweet and informative during the process. We moved from out of state and they are gave us lots of tips and advice.

The building and apartments are really nice but it's expensive to live here especially with the overall cost of living. this place is new so they are still figuring out how to run it. There have not been any community events despite having ample space to do it.

The best and nicest maintenance team. The front office is anazing. lackluster office staff (back office) though. There's also consistent construction noise from 5am to 8am every day from the stores moving in. This has been for almost a year now with no signs of stopping. Office staff have stopped responding to any questions or complaints about it.
