Pros: Nice roof and central location. Cons: Elevators not working regularly. Noise from pipes in the walls in middle of the night. Lack of care from management after leaks in the ceiling. Treadmills not in service for most of my time here. Management removed weights from gym. Dryers not drying clothes. Advice to landlord: Do something about the elevators. Stop being cheap when your rent is not.
