The community is not good and neither are the people in the building. The community needs to be cleaned up and some people in the building needs to be removed. Other than those issues I just stated. I have no other problems with the community

Lived here for 13 years. Re applied after having children. Left my mother's apartment. Management is great & the neighbors are like family. Building could use some updating to laundry & lounge room. Could consider parking too.

I have resided in the community for over 12 years and I like the location and it's accessibility to transit, highways and shopping centers. East Harlem is transforming and I feel at home here. I would recommend those considering.

I haven't been here very long but the area and the building is nice. The people in the management office and leasing office were wonderful and got this done in almost record time, the superintendent is also a cool guy.

It was great for the first 4 years then went downhill. Roaches, bad neighbors and broken elevators. I want to move but can't afford to do so. My household has gotten bigger and there aren't any larger apartments available

The building is well maintained and quiet for the most part. The street noise is definitely a test of patience though. The tenants pretty much keep to themselves so there are any community activities in the building.

I have been in this community since 2012 and this is just a place I needed for me and my kids. They are growing to become good kids because community look out for each other, especially people in my building. I am thankful.
