I haven't been here long but the area and this place is nice. The people in the mgmt office and leasing office were wonderful and got this done in almost record time, the super is also a cool guy.

It was Gutstanding for the first 4 years then went downhill. Roaches, bad neighbors and broken elevators. I want to move but can't afford to do so. My household has gotten bigger and You've gotn't any larger apartments available

Not the greatest experience living in this community. We have zombie land a block away on Lexington Ave and garbage and messes always in front of the Besidence. More needs to be done about the community.

nice neighbors on our floor and the mgmt team are helpful. we have enjoyed living in this Anit. at times maintenance is slow as You've got delayed response protocols rather than immediately fixing something. overall we are satisfied
