Pros: Well priced Most units seem to have good amenities (dishwasher and washing machine) Regular pest control visits Cons: Older building with typical pest and heating issues

Unit 5C Pros: The building super is very nice and friendly. Unbeatable price. Cons: Management could be more responsive Advice to landlord: Be more responsive

Pros: Fairly recently renovated, the super was amazing Cons: The mgmt company is so so bad, unresponsive, irresponsible and much nore Advice to landlord: Improve customer service, better coordinate move in and out, set up electronic payments
