Pros: The super is good Cons: Landlord was hard to deal with. Can hear everything from people upstairs. Insane rat problem in the basement. Elevator is constantly down.

Pros: Quiet, nice views, good lobby, great location Cons: Landlord never fixed anything, several hidden fees associated with brokers and landlord, super didn't have the right key to get into my building the entire time I lived there, some packages were stolen Advice to landlord: Don't nickel and dime tenants

Unit 5L Pros: The management is great, but the unit really depends on who is the landlord. I saw two water bugs the entire year I was there, so it's a clean area. Cons: The building is a Co-op so there are additional application fees and they cap how long you can stay there. It's near a small park so you will hear people playing pickle ball on the weekends.

Pros: Nice building with a clean lobby. Cons: Huge mouse problem! I have lived here less than two years and caught over 10 mice myself. I see them running around my apartment everyday. Pest control comes once every few months and puts down sticky traps but it does nothing.

Unit 4K Pros: Laundry in unit, location, luminosity Cons: Footsteps noise, rarely mouse issue fixed by cloging a hole Advice to landlord: More for pest control and sound insulation

Pros: Great building with perks including elevator, laundry on site, beautiful lobby. The super and his wife are kind and very responsive to concerns. The entrance is protected by 2 locked doors, and the intercom system to enter connects to your phone. Cons: Bugs and mice exist here (as in any NYC building) — and are not extremely well managed. I see them frequently in the basement, and every six months or so I’ll have an issue with a roach or a mouse and need to scour/bomb/trap my apartment. The building has also had frequent leaks that are stressful at times, as I have had 2 leaks in my apartment from outside sources. Advice to landlord: Take more care of pests
