Pros: Gym was great, staff was amazing, loved the amenities Cons: Had a horrible rat infestation which management sent pest control to take care of 3 times and didn’t fix the problem.

Pros: Proximity to wholefoods; BDFM and 1 subway line; nice lobby and rooftop and common areas. Cons: Quite noisy being so close to 7th Ave, even high up; the walls are quite thin so you can hear the neighbours alarm go off every morning and people walking in the walkways; newer apartments are nice but the older ones are very dated; lifts aren’t particularly fast.

Unit 2F Pros: Doormen are great, building has amenities Cons: Like construction noise? Then this is the place for you. Constant apartment renovations taking months and including hammering, sawing and drilling on weekends too. Management is the worst and totally unresponsive. Also bad? Water pressure, renovation quality, and neighborhood. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Advice to landlord: Improve customer service

Pros: * Whole Foods right across the street * Nice 24/7 doorman * Clean * Good water pressure Cons: * very close to 7th Avenue so it’s noisy at night and early morning. If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend.
