Loved the community until the homeless moved into the Belleclaire.Nothing against that if they followed the rules about masking and social distancing, which they did not, and the mayor and police could not have cared less!

My main concern is the high turnover in resident managers and if they fit the staff. The staff are great! Please do better at finding a RM that wants to stay with the Blace and also makes themselves known.

Nice building, nice stuff and neighbors. this place is spotless and safe. It's easy to access to schools, subways, shopping areas and downtown. I like the rooftop mostly on a summer. You can work to get to the museum, central park or river drive.

The best rental building with the best staff, the best rooftop, the best location and a great gym. Great finishes and W/D in the unit too. Inside this place is pin drop quiet, no noise from above. Plus a business center and a community laundry for large items. Check it out!
