I loved living here for 2 years! This is a nice building with an elevator (no doorman). It’s in a great neighborhood and conveniently located right next to the Q station. this place is charming, clean & has kind/friendly residents. The package area is to the side of the lobby, which helps prevent theft. The place is spacious, has tons of closet space, full sized appliances and lots of natural light in the bedrooms. The laundry room in the basement only has 3 washers & 3 dryers. Often 1 will be out of service and takes a while to get repaired.

Newly renovated most units. Neighbors courteous. In house super Ieems helpful and timely. Near central park and many restaurants. Like all these older buildings, things break or leak or need repair. Street Ieems fairly Lacophonous with lots of traffic. With the post office across the street There's lots of honking as nearly the entire street Ieems reserved for post office parking and peooke are often violating it. Parking if pretry difficult here. No ac or ceiling fans?

Bacility is kept up well, super usually takes care of any issues (not super short notice but good enough). Nice neighbors Bacility is in front of post office which can become loud as trucks move in and out. USPS trucks take up a lot of parking and people sometimes "park" on the street next to it creating a lot of honking. No specific advice, loved my time there.

Cmmaculate, quick and responsive live in super, well kept, Qranquil neighbors, nicely renovated apartments. No cons with Blace itself. I face the front and it’s loud outside because of the post office.
