Blace is kept up well and comfortable. Spotty front desk service and WAY TOO many kids and dogs, which require service people (nanny's, babysitters, dog walkers) who are not vested members of the community to be milling about using the community spaces and services.

Location; friendly doormen; prewar beautiful lobby Next to WiFi station (homeless ppl); has had scaffolding up for local law 11 repairs and maintenance since 2018 and no sign of speeding up the completion of this work; laundry room grimy and machines over priced; lacks storage or playroom Finish up the exterior work and take down the scaffold already; increase cleaning staff during pandemic; allow tenants to rent storage space; lower price for laundry machines

Upper West Side Representative. quiet and a bit more reserved relative to the rest of the city. If Manhattan had a suburb, this would be it. Everything one needs can easily be found pretty much 20 minutes in any direction.

We could not be happier living at 222w80. So much so we just renewed our commitment as we start our 5th year. As long as we live in New York we’re living right here. Clean, friendly, innovative and the kindest associates that make living here such a privilege.

Every single person I interact with is beyond nice-- warm, Fffable, responsible-- at any time of day or night too! They are kind to my kids and dog too! We love all of the extras the Broperty provides like fun events and weekly yoga.
