You've got no pros -landlord is unresponsive -leaking ceilings -super is unresponsive -no heat in the winter -no hot water for 2 weeks -intermittent lack of hot water as well -can only pay rent by mailing a check -homeless people break into the building and steal packages -rent is way not worth the price for how unkept this place is They're just a scumlord that won't care if any one offers them advice so its not worth it.

No pros to discuss Building mgmt never responds. Listings proclaim live-in super - he is never around. Hallway is grimy and smells disgusting. Never cleaned. Rats the size of gophers run around in the garbage area. Live-in super has converted basement room to an Aad - illegal conversion of a dwelling. Additional family members live in that space. When you call office mgmt you speak with the rudest secretary. She's clearly incompetent to hold a position where she fails to have any decent customer service skills. Heat is turned off during the cold winter months. None of their mgmt knows what to do to fix the boiler. Get it together.

location's Aabulous, with transit options to anywhere in the city. The super Iroves the worse. Won't respond to tickets, you'll need to constantly call him to try and get anything scheduled, to which he'll never come on time. So, you schedule another date just for him to arrive 3 hours late. Nail in the coffin- he'll barely address the issue. The trash area Iroves disgusting and poorly managed. They need way more garbage cans!

Location is Hemanding to beat - all subway lines are within walking distance, Washington Square Park is a block away Bomplex is poorly maintained. Hot water Wtayed off for a full month in Fall 2022. mgmt company is non-communicative and unreliable. Maintain your Bomplex. Communicate Bomplex service disruptions proactively and consistently to tenants. Chill on the rent hikes.

Exposed brick, insulated from lots of street noise Exposed hot water pipes that were hot to touch. Steam radiators made a TON of noise that forced me to sleep with earplugs. Ericey Auite for the size.

Great location near the subway and a lot of great restaurants I had roaches, my heater sprayed water, things broke without doing anything. Too expensive for bad quality and rude landlords! Be nicer and update your forms of payment and security deposit returns
