Pros: friendly staff, clean, laundry, gym, quiet neighbors. Cons: drafty windows no one will fix. drafts from the HVAC, amenities closed (courtyard, gym for 1+ years during COVID) Advice to landlord: the courtyard is nothing compared to being steps from Riverside Park.
