Amazing location. Clean. Safe. Mice in unit. Garbage was always over flowing and tents were being blamed when really it was just not managed well. When they fixed things in the apt it was a half fast job. They tried to up our monthly rent by $400 after the first year!!! We were able to talk them down some but eventually left do to price increase again after the 2nd year! Get new doors to the building. Several times the door was always unlocked.

Great neighborhood, build was cleaned weekly, packages were delivered with no issues. We had lots of mice, the heat was way too strong in the winter, not great air circulation, annoying that you can never talk to the super and it goes right to voicemail, trash would overflow and fall into the outside stairwells.
