Pros: Close to subways, clean and well maintained building. Cons: Very thin walls/ceilings, neighbors get worked up over poor noise isolation. Very few laundry machines for how many units there are.

Pros: Always clean and very well kept, great location Cons: Walls and floors are a little thin so you can hear almost anything
