this place is fairly nice with many nice neighbors, is conveniently located by two subway stops, the sunlight is fantastic, renovated apartment, nice windows. The super is great and incredibly helpful. Hot water is an incredibly frustrating issue. Seems like There's always a problem with the boiler. On average it lasts about 5 minutes but is lukewarm most of the time and is often lower than body temperature. The heat is automatically set based on the temperature outside so the place is cold between 45º-68º. When this happens it affects how hot the water is. The mgmt company was contacted about the hot water issue about 5 times in the first 6 months but they failed to respond after the first two messages. The sound outside gets unbearable as There's a constant party directly below the windows. Packages are often stolen from the lobby. Bedrooms are small with little storage. Replace your boiler and respond to complaints

The lobby is nice, and so is the package area/mail area. Apartments are generally spacious and well kept up. HUGE PEST ISSUES. Rats in the toilet. I repeat, rats in the toilet. Problem was fixed, and then came back. Lots of roaches that come up from where they keep the garbage in the basement. They don't keep up with pest control. Get exterminators in waaaaay more often. This is a health hazard.

Mostly clean building, close to trains, big rooms with built in closets. Super and mgmt don’t communicate and are hard to get in touch with. Allow more direct communication to property owner rather than just through super.

The building appeared really nice, and the apartment was (mostly) well updated - stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner gas stove, new toilet. The mgmt company was also good about communicating out when water would be turned off for repairs and when elevator maintenance was scheduled. They did not handle pests all that well. We have German cockroaches in our kitchen, from the drain and dishwasher. It took multiple requests to get an exterminator to come to the apartment and treat the apartment regularly.

The building looked quite attractive, and the unit was (for the most part) nicely renovated - including stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner gas range, and a new commode. The property mgmt also did a solid job keeping tenants informed about scheduled water shutdowns for maintenance and planned elevator service appointments. Their pest control response was disappointing. German cockroaches appeared in our kitchen, coming from the sink drain and dishwasher area. We had to submit several complaints before an exterminator finally visited to perform treatment, and even then, regular follow-up visits were hard to arrange.
