Pros: Overall a really quiet building, packages are never an issue, building is old but kept clean/unkept. Location is amazing. Cons: Appliances are small but not scary small or out to date. Apartment itself is small fo…

Pros: Nice super who lives on site. Video intercom and double doors keeps the place safe - never had any issues. Laundry on site. Tiny elevator but it exists. Relatively quiet building. Trash goes in back of the building…

Pros: well maintained. Responsive Cons: Older tenants in rent controlled apartments (some apartments are rent controlled) can nosy and complain at the slightest noise levels.
