kept up well. Responsive Older tenants in rent controlled apartments (some apartments are rent controlled) can nosy and complain at the slightest noise levels.

has laundry, elevators and generally quiet residents. Has locked front door to the Btructure. mgmt (and in particular the super) are never responsive. The garbage mgmt leads to bugs following you to the elevator, A/C is INSANELY loud. Beware American roaches as the Btructure was built pre-war and was never renovated.
