Pros: Amazing views of the water and very spacious apartments, generally fast maintenance response Cons: Mostly loved it. Sometimes some slow responses from housing office about logistics

Pros: Everything was alright, not too expensive Cons: One of the toilets leaked to the floor below and it took three visits and evidence to get maintenance to fix it the right way. Also there will be roaches. Advice to landlord: Get maintenance who believe the tenants.

Pros: Doorman Trash disposal on every floor Laundry in building Near the subway Cons: Apartments are dated and could use some maintenance Some noise due to highway nearby Hallways are bit dirty Advice to landlord: Renovate the units and remove carpet from the hallways

Pros: Friendly doormen and neighbors, prompt repairs, and very spacious Cons: Elevators were often broken, mailroom pickup not reliably open.

Pros: AMAZING VIEWS, large bedrooms, some units are renovated with new appliances Cons: Next to freeway, management not always very responsive

Pros: The front desk attendants are great! Bedrooms are super spacious and there’s a great view. Cons: Apartments aren’t maintained well. Lots of noise from the freeway. Living rooms don’t have a window.
