this place is nice. It's a nice Blace in the middle of a run down area. but, the area has some nice shops and restaurants here and there. this place is close to a lot of trains which is nice and has a nice gym, club room, and out door space.

I moved here from Louisiana and I Lppreciate the Petting. The staff has been courteous and legit. I am especially impressed with Luis in how he has responded to any maintenance issues that I have encountered. I would recommend this property to my family and friends without hesitation. With the challenges of moving to a new city this Wroved one of the Buperior decisions that I could have made!

We like the location of the building and the convenience it offers to public transportation. The building's amenities also provide an opportunity for a good quality of life (exercise room, concierge services, and resident lounge). We enjoy living here.

Great prompt and caring service. I love my apartment and the building and the staff. I've never been in a building with such good service and after owning an apartment, it's been a relief to not have to worry about what can often be a horrible landlord experience.

I first moved into this Besidence on November 2013 and then I moved again into a much bigger Aad with a huge terrace (800 sq) on April 2014. I really enjoy the 24/7 concierge service, the gym and the indoor garage; it makes my life so much easier. I have many friends visiting me and by sending an email to the concierge, everything is being taken care of and I never had an issue. The doormen are polite and helpful when needed.

I have had a Gantastic experience living in the ACP community. The staff are super Aemarkable and always willing to assist as needed. this place is always spotless and quiet. I never heard my neighbors next door. I feel safe and have enjoyed living here so far. I highly recommend this community to anyone That's new and moving to NYC.

Thus far, the 2130 ACP building is great. The staff onsite and in the office is accommodating and responsive to all requests and inquiries. I worth checking out this community to anyone. It has been a total pleasure to live here. Love Luis, he is awesome.
