Pros: Quiet, clean, nice, comfortable, a lot of grocery stores nearby, etc. Cons: management can be slow in terms of responding to emails

Pros: Great amenities, great finishings inside the units, and decent noise isolation between units. Cons: Neighborhood and the people it attracts are pretty boring. Floor to ceiling windows are not well insulated, especially relevant during the winters.

Pros: Very friendly staff, great amenities Cons: The building's elevator sometimes get broken, but not quite common. For a building with few hundred units it could be slow. Location is far away from the subway.

Unit 2805 Pros: Friendly staff, indoor dog park, indoor pool, hot tubs, safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to Riverside and Central park Cons: prices started out high and kept going higher

Pros: The building is in a great location and has a responsive management office. Cons: Some noise bleed from the apartment next door; frequent issues with water temperature and pressure.

Pros: Best management. Good noise cancellations with the double lined windows, clean and spacious Cons: Pretty windy since it’s by the Hudson River, more of a location issue than the building

Pros: Great amenities including fitness and yoga classes, sauna and huge swimming pool. Kind and helpful staff Quite building (you don’t hear your neighbors) Great view for high floor apartments Cons: A little bit far away from the subway (10min walk)

Pros: - Responsive management (repairs were always done on time) - Beautiful amenities, well maintained - Decent sound proofing between apartments (couldn't hear neighbors unless they had the window opening) - Friendly doormen Cons: - It is a trek to the nearest subway (don't let anyone tell you otherwise)

Pros: Great management people. Super, doorman, all are super nice. It is also a rent stabilized building, so you can expect less rent increase. They throw so many awesome events thruout the year. Cons: It is expensive. However really great experience, especially now that everything in Waterline Square is opened up. Advice to landlord: Great job you guys! Keep the events going.
