Pros: Very friendly staff and good apartments, quick repairs Cons: Very inflexible and rude landlords about lease breakage re Covid Advice to landlord: Be good to people who are renting in your building if you want the rents to keep coming... Work with us to help us get out of our leases. You guys have been really rude and unhelpful. In particular, John Megadlia is very rude.

Pros: Everything was cleaned and cared for, we were kept safe, management was excellent with communication and interpersonal skills. Cons: More than half of the doormen were intrusive into personal life, and rude to tenants as well as guests. It was a problem. There was ALWAYS ALWAYS construction on the building that would start as early as 7 am and last all day. And when I say all day I mean ALL day. You couldn’t even think. So we had to leave the apartment on more days off than we would’ve liked. Advice to landlord: None at this time
