Pros: Staff is super responsive and always helpful! If you put in a complaint the night of they’re there the next day. Cons: Roaches. Since it’s a prewar they can be occasionally in the basement. Make sure to cover your sinks at all times because they will come up that too and holes in walls! I’ve seen 3 in my apt in the past year! Advice to landlord: Work on pest control a bit more

Pros: We stayed 1y in this building and had a great experience. Nice doormen, good quality appliances and when something broke, it got fixed really fast. Noise levels were really doable. We never heard upstairs neighbors. Staff is really nice. Location is great too with lots of connections with subway Cons: The building tends run quite hot but that's a NYC thing While the location is good, we didn't love the area, it's quite busy on 23rd st.

Pros: Friendly staff and neighbors. Great roof deck. Elevators consistently working. Common spaces clean and well-maintained. Convenient neighborhood with a mix of old and new. Cons: There is a lack of enforcement for a neighbor with multiple cats. The hallway constantly reeks of urine, and the street noise can be loud.

Unit 308 Pros: The location is great Cons: No hot water, was told to run my water for 20 Mins and it’s bc the girl upstairs doesn’t run her water enough. Massive roaches, mold on walls( told the walls can’t mold bc they took a class and know) rooftop chairs all broken, glass bottles and garbage everywhere. Rent went up $700 and they didn’t even do anything new to the building. Tries to evict you to get higher rent . Advice to landlord: Put some money into your buildings .

Unit 1211 Pros: The doormen, handy men, and maintenance guys are on top of everything. They care about their jobs. The building is old and has a lot of charm with the preserved mail shoot and facade. Cons: The units are small and over priced. The dryers are always broken and I’ve seen mice in the basement and multiple cockroaches in my apartment, the basement, and hallways. Advice to landlord: Lower the prices and get an exterminator
