Pros: The square footage for the price is great. The location is super convenient. And the super is great at tidying up the trash and recycling. Cons: There are mice. The building is yet to use a compost bin. And we were without hot water or heating for 20 days while the landlord "waited" on the repairman. This was mid-winter, so you can imagine how much it sucked. Advice to landlord: Just spend the money to fix the heat next time.
