Unit 4w Pros: neighbors seemed nice, didn't see them much. didn't have any noise issues. Cons: dirty inside and outside. management ignored our pleas for help with pests. Advice to landlord: get a new job

Pros: Quiet, secure, no issues with mail or packages Cons: There is a HUGE rat problem on w 109th in the building's surrounding area, since there are constantly piles of trash bags on the sidewalk. Especially at night during the warmer months, you can't walk to the end of the block without passing several large groups there of rats scurrying around. The sink and shower drains also get clogged really easily. Advice to landlord: Implement a better garbage management system and get rid of the rats

Pros: Convenience to restaurants, stores, etc. Lots of space in the apartment Cons: Cockroach infestation, poor response from management, we didn’t have gas for 4 months of living there. Trash outside all the time (leftover from trash day), more rats on the street than any other street, uneven steps, dirty hallways
