Unit 2D Pros: location is not bad, close to train is great. elevator is nice (but was out for months when i lived there for renovation) Cons: major issues with front door/gate that went completely ignored by super and my unit owner. getting security deposit back was a nightmare owner kept playing games. didn't have heat for weeks in winter. super is not helpful and rude. saw a dead rat on the 2nd floor hallway once. Advice to landlord: sell it to someone who might put effort into being a landlord

Unit 6D Pros: Building is really great all around and offers easy access to the 1 train. Elevator and laundry in basement. Cons: The heat doesn’t have manual control so if it gets too hot on the warmer winter days you just have to crack a window. Advice to landlord: You rock!

Pros: Generally pretty quiet, if you like heat the building is very warm in the winter. My owner was responsive, but I generally didn't interact with them. Cons: Building doesn't seem well maintained so lots of problems pop up over time, super isn't very responsive so it feels like problems don't get fixed. Lots of previous DOB violations. Package theft common.

Unit 6D Pros: The building was cleaned regularly and is in good condition. The super is extremely friendly and responsive. Irina, who is the broker with whom I signed the lease, was always extremely professional. She is responsive, helpful and you can count on her to fix whatever needs to be fixed. Cons: No complaints, the building is great !
