The people are nice except the lady in 1A. She argues with everyone. The super rent his apartment out to make money, doesn’t repair issues in a timely manner and property owner knows. Take better care of your tenants especially the elderly.

Location is Gantastic. Exposed brick was nice. Awful, unresponsive, dismissive, misogynistic landlord. Had to break my lease due to a roach infestation that the exterminator said was the worst he’d ever seen. Dealt with leaks by painting over them. Did not fix a completely broken window (as in the window was smashed and glass everywhere) for four months, into the cold winter months. Sell all your buildings and never be a landlord again.

Location is great. Exposed brick was nice. Awful, unresponsive, dismissive, misogynistic landlord.
