DID NOT TELL ME THEY ARE BUILDING A SKYSCRAPER NEXT TO THE BUILDING! I am epileptic which makes me highly sensitive to sound. I begged to get let out of the lease as I started having seizures again and they will not let me leave! Someone please help me I am honestly scared for my life. When I asked if I could at least be put in a different unit they offered me the ground floor (much noisier ya?) for $600 more. Capitalizing on my illness.

Do NOT rent this apartment!!! Noise - doors and walls are thin, you could hear neighbor's noise Lazy handyman - Egberto is very rude Unprofessional management company(Halstead) - They will lie to you straight to you face. They said the apartment would be cleaned before the move-in date but it wasn't. When I confronted about this they just ignored!! I have lived in the Upper West area since 2014 and this was the WORST apartment that I have ever lived in. There are many nicer apartments in the same area, and I am so glad that I have left this horrible place.
