Pros: Facilities, doormen, neighbors, Duane Reade below. Do you remember what it was like knowing your neighbors? How about playing with your neighborhood friends growing up? This is the perfect place for a family. Cons: They had an asbestos problem a few years back causing major renovations. Advice to landlord: Keep it up
