Pros: Modern appliances and nice location. Cons: There is a 24/7 gym and movie theater located on the building's 12th floor and no soundproofing. Do not rent an apartment on the 11th floor unless you don't mind the sound of heavy weights and dumbbells being slammed onto the floor above you at all hours of the days and nights. Also the thud-thud-thud of the treadmills that cause your apartment to shake. Also, try sleeping when someone is watching a Marvel movie above you at 1 'o clock in the morning. The management will lie to you and say that noise from the 12th floor won't be an issue but DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! They will tell you any lie necessary to get your money. Advice to landlord: Move the gym and movie theater to the ground floor like most buildings!

Pros: Modern, decent ameneties. Cons: Do not rent an apartment on the 11th floor. The building put their 24/7 gym on the 12th floor and there is no soundproofing. You will hear weights and dumbbells crashing onto the floor above you at all hours of the day and night and management will not do anything about it. (Most buildings put their gym on the ground floor for a reason!). There is no padding or anything on the gym floor so the noise in incredibly loud. Advice to landlord: Soundproof the gym, limit its hours, or move it to the ground floor.

Pros: Everything is new and updated. Very few small children. The concierge staff are all great. Quiet building with nice neighbors. Cons: Poor communication from management and super regarding updates on construction finishes, availability of amenities, completion of work requests, etc. Cheap door lock on apartment for such an expensive building. Broken promises on window coverings and pool availability. No hot water for weeks once finally allowed to move in. Dishwasher constantly backs up with dirty water. Advice to landlord: Please have the courtesy to be up front with your tenants rather than evade inquiries or tell untruths.

“Pros: Supposedly we’ll have a pool on the roof? That was the biggest pro I was hoping but it hasn’t been approved by the city yet even though I was I”
