Unit 3b Pros: Close to transportation, parks, supermarkets anything you can think of. Friendly and attentive super. Super and his team work very hard to maintain this building clean with their limited resources Cons: No Heat! Rodent issues and Tenants don’t treat this building with respect often destroying the supers work. I am moving out due to bedbugs. People leave their unprotected mattresses, couches and furniture in the main hallway! Bathroom and room next to bathroom has mold Advice to landlord: Make yourself available- unable to reach management. No one answers and seems like their office is not longer open. Can’t leave an email either.

Pros: Amazing location. Close to Central Park, many buses, and the 2/3 and B/C trains. Loved my large windows. Great area. You could stumble into a pop-up festival any time in the summer. The super, Carlos, was amazing, but he was working with limited resources from management. Cons: Issues with roaches. Mice. The laundry room was gross. Laundry machines didn't always work. The building was not secure. People kept breaking the glass of the front door which made the building accessible to anyone. Heat and hot water weren't always hot enough in the winter. The elevator was out for close to a year when I lived there. Advice to landlord: Handle the roach and mouse situation. Figure out how to keep the building secure.
