Unit D Pros: The building has good trash management. The doorman is a nice touch for package delivery. The public outdoor space is also nice. Cons: The gym is rarely well maintained. Things are always broken in there and the laundry machines are often also having issues. Advice to landlord: Improve the state of the gym.

Pros: Maintenance is awesome. Haven’t had any pest issues. Rooftop is such a nice amenity. Cons: Weird water maintenance about 2x/month where they shut it off for hours but otherwise no significant cons.
