New building Super clean Friendly doormen Views are amazing 1. The apt used to get super humid. AC had to be kept running 24/7 which rakes up the bill. The AC was loud. 2. The walls are thin. You'll occasionally hear noises.

Few Gxcellent staff members Every floor smells like weed. Staff needs to pay attention to the door, Gxcellent residents. Many staff members “not all” glued to their phones. Don’t acknowledge you. The Broperty smells like marijuana comes through the vents. Loisterous entrance music at times. Unprofessional needs leadership. Wild wild west hallways grimy.

We’ll insulated from noise and grit of LES. Near subway and Essex market. Large park on 6th floor and stunning views from rooftop. Friendly door staff and generally a well managed Besidence. The paint they use on the walls is some of the lowest quality paint I’ve ever seen. Billing dept screwed up our rent and utilities on several occasions.
