Pros: Central location, spacious for the area, laundry in building, didn't hear neighbors at all--nice thick tenement walls Cons: Roaches, packages stolen

Unit E7 Pros: Decent apartment for price, responsive super, overall the place has been good Cons: Occasional roaches (sometimes from neighbors), only a handful of laundry machines that are sometimes broken, heat can be very hot

Pros: The location for sure Cons: No views out the windows, drunk NYU kids as neighbors Advice to landlord: Charge less for rent
